On 23 March 2010, Gramedia Pustaka Utama Publisher has launched a new book “The Secret of 5 Elements: Terapi Sehat Bahagia yang Murah dan Praktis“. This is a book about health therapy with 5 elements energy, i.e.: ether, air, fire, water, and earth elements. This energy is usually known as Prana in India, Chi or Qi in China, and Ki in Japan.

5 Elements Energy Therapy has been practiced since 5.000 years ago as Acupuncture in China, Acupressure in Egypt, Ayurveda in India, EFT in USA, and Pranic Healing in Philippines.

According to this book, our health condition depends on our 5 elements energy. Every organ in our body has relationship with one of these elements. For example, our eyes, ears, thyroid need ether element energy. Our heart and lung need air element energy. Our liver needs fire element energy. Our blood, pancreas, and kidney need water element energy. Our bones need earth element energy.

To improve our health, we need 5 elements energy from healthy energy sources, i.e.: healthy food, healthy air, healthy water, healthy sunlight, and healthy sport. Healthy foods also have 5 elements energy.

This book also introduces a new concept about energy, i.e.: 5 Elements Energy Index. This is a measurement tool to measure health energy on a person. From this energy index, we will know whether a person is healthy or not, which element is healthy and which is not healthy.

If you need more information about this book, please visit buku.5elemen.com or www.gramedia.com.
